Can I exchange my order?

Yes. We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery if you need a different size or wish to exchange your item. The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all original tags and packaging.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping charges associated with the exchange.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

Returns or refunds are only accepted if you receive a damaged or defective product. If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item so our team can review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
